Time’s up kids
Time's Up! Kids features the familiar Time's Up! gameplay, with players giving clues as in charades in
order to get their teammates to guess a word or phrase.
What differs with Time's Up! Kids, however, is that the cards feature only images with
no text!
Preparing the game
The game lasts two rounds with players using the same
set of cards in both rounds. Each group takes 20 cards in each turn. One Player
of this group takes the cards and he has to complete both rounds before the
time is over.
Rounds
The game lasts two rounds with players using the same
set of cards in both rounds.
First speaking round
In the first round, players can describe the cards in
order to give clues to teammates. The time starts in this round. When a group’s
player guess correctly the first card, you can continue with the next card.
Finally when my team guess the last card you can stop the time before start the
next round. If there is any card that my team doesn’t guess, you can moved it,
but this card won’t score any point at the end of the second round.
Second mime round
In the second round they can only mime clues. The
cards will be the same, so it is easier to guess what they are doing. Keep the
time where you stopped at the end of the first round and you only have to
remember the cards in the first round in order to perceive which card he is trying
to show. When the time is over or when you have guessed all the cards, this
round ends.
Scoring
Whichever team scores the most points wins! If one
card only has guessed in one round, this card will not score any point so, you
only score a point when the card is guessed correctly in both rounds. The first
team to gain points 50 points wins.
